Thank you very much for being a huge part of the Madison Winter Festival. Our volunteers are the backbone of this event. This is our 8th annual event and we are looking to fill volunteer positions for many areas on and around the Square.
You can sign up for various volunteer sessions that can be done in one day or spread over the three days.
As usual, our Online Volunteer Registration Site allows you as a volunteer to select your availability and interest areas, and then choose from a list of tasks that match. No scheduling conflicts and no wondering where you're supposed to be!
What you get:
• Winterfest hat
• Invitation to volunteer appreciation party at Brocach Irish Pub
• Free meal coupon from Noodles and Co. on State Street
• A complimentary entry into a competitive event of your choice. **
** We ask for a minimum commitment of 4 hours. Please identify yourself as a volunteer when registering for a competitive event on site.
Volunteer Requirements:
• No experience is necessary.
• Most volunteer assignments are outdoors.
• You must be able to work outside for several hours at a time.
• Volunteers must provide their own transportation and housing.
• Volunteers must be 16 years of age OR have adult supervision.
